Wagering Requirements

• Wagering multiplier: 15x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• No withdrawal from bonus funds is allowed before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus funds have a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.

General Bonus Rules

• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• hl999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• hl999's decision is final in all bonus-related disputes.

General Gaming Policy

• All game results are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• For sports betting, bets placed before a match begins are valid — if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, those bets will be considered void.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the result of the ongoing round will be determined automatically based on technical records.
• If a technical error is detected in any game, hl999 reserves the right to void or readjust the bets for that round.

Fair Play Policy

hl999 ensures a fully transparent and fair gaming environment. If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or any other automated method, that account will be immediately cancelled and all winnings will be forfeited.
